WAIT LIST: Leading Inclusive Change Workshop

This two day workshop covers the foundations of leading human-centered change. Grounded in case studies and experiential learning opportunities, participants see first-hand what it takes for organizations to rally around change.

OBJECTIVES:

• Developing an understanding of the human side of change – understanding why change efforts often fail, and what it means to capture both the hearts and the minds of people to successfully achieve change. 
• Create stakeholder methods for doing change "with people, not to people" - practicing ways to co-define the challenge, seek authentic input, and rally toward a change.
• Explore actions to sustain through the ups and downs – building strong supports, staying centered as a leader, and fostering inspiration.
